2. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

  • AK Studio Wedding retains the copyright of all images produced during the photography sessions. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the images for their own purposes (e.g., social media, personal prints).
  • Clients are prohibited from selling, licensing, or using the images for commercial purposes without prior written consent from AK Studio Wedding.
  • We reserve the right to use the photos for promotional purposes, such as on our website, social media, or marketing materials, unless the client explicitly requests in writing that their photos remain private.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions (e.g., venue access, permits) are secured for photography. Any additional costs associated with permits or access fees are the client’s responsibility.
  • The client must provide a detailed schedule of events and any specific photography requests in advance of the wedding day.
  • AK Studio Wedding will not be held liable for missed shots due to client tardiness, unforeseen events, or restrictions imposed by the venue.

4. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client and will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services following any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
